So how was the process though. Did you enjoy making something you had dreamed about?

It was fun. Because I hadn't put the deep fryer away, I thought...hmmm...fritters...and then I thought hmmm...little bites in won ton wrappers...these could be appetizers that would be very different than one normally serves.
