ISO of a TNT game hen recipe I think I found here on DC

i was sure i found it here. wrote it down and made it once. then apparently i lost it. want to make it again. it was the glaze that made the dish, sorta a oriental glaze but not strongly flavored with soy . think it had brown sugar.

i did a search and but could not find it.

You might look through these threads on "game hens". If it was a "game hen" (those words) recipe posted on DC - you should be able to find it this way (Google advanced search).

found a recipe for hens with a plum glaze. think i will use that one. thanks for help michael.

My favorite way of cooking a game hen.

Split it open at the breast line. Liberally coat with butter, seasoned salt and pepper, Broil. Very tasty!!!
