Interesting history Ishbel, thanks I'd vote for Lays far and above, but so much of it certianly comes down to what you've grown up with and ate for most of your life.

Given how similar the lables are for the two brands, I had sort of thought that they had to be connected some how - the label resemblence is too uncanny.

Lol, but truth be told I really don't eat chips or processed snack foods very often, so perhaps my taste buds for such things aren't as sharp as they used to be.
