I took my wife downtown this weekend to stay in a hotel. The room came with a continental breakfast on the 43rd floor overlooking the city. The view was great.

They had a dish that I have never had before. My wife said it was meusli, but I am not sure.

It was a light browny redish colour and contained oats, sliced almonds, raisons, bits of apple, cinammon and brown sugar. We also think it is all mixed up in a yougurt base. It was fantastic tasting and I cant believe in all the years I have been alive, I have never had this before.
Anyone know what it actually was and have any recipes?

Its muesli, your wife is correct. I just pour yogurt over granola to mimic this at home.

PS. I moved this to "Grains"
