Does anyone have a fairly simple and easy to throw together recipe for a seafood risotto? I bought a tub of mixed seafood (cooked mussels, shrimp and squid pieces) in the supermarket and I have some Arborio risotto rice in the cupboard so thought I'd try putting them together! I don't really know a whole lot about making risottos though, so the more simple the recipe the better!
