Stir Fry Noodles

How long will a pack of fresh stir fry noodles last in the fridge? I'd like to stock up on them but I'm kind of afraid they'll spoil.

They should have an expiration date printed on the package. Depending on how fresh they were, they could last a month.

I agree with Andy. There's no way of knowing how old the noodles are when you buy them except to check the info on the package. If they are floured, they'll probably survive freezing. I have fresh pasta dough in my freezer right now and it thaws perfectly.
