Curry Wurst!

This could be the most strange recipe I've ever made!

Thanks Timothy from S. Florida..for this

Berliner Currywurst

I made it this way..

Brown some locally made pork sausages in a bit of oil in a pan, then pour in most of the beer I'm holding and steam them for 20 minutes ...

Meanwhile make this sauce!

1 chopped white onion.

1 can (14 0z.) Rotell Tomatos

a pinch of salt

a pinch of paprika

a few drops of any vinegar..

a pinch of sugar..

Now, a good Dash of store bought Yellow Curry Powder, available in any Spice Isle. Note: this stuff still looks Green to me, but I think I've gone Color Blind..

Cut the cooled sausages into chunks, pour the sauce over, serve with toothpicks..

I also served Ore ida frozen Tater Tots with Mayo!

This was a Huge Hit with my Drunk Friends who come to watch Nascar on Sundays!

Thanks, Timothy!

Eric, Austin, Tx.
