I know it's too early for most of you to think about lunch, but I'll tell you what I cooked anyway.

I made a tomato sauce from some plum tomatoes I still had in my freezer, then I poured it into the pan where I had started browning some small pieces of stewing beef with some garlic and Evo oil. I slow-cooked it for about an hour. This is more or less a Napolitan-style ragù, but MY style😏😌.
Oh, we had pasta with that sauce obviously!
