Bleached Flour; Why?

I suppose they might be best by your standards. Personally, I prefer the stuff I make with whole grain flour.

Thank you so much for pointing out that I responded to a post which was not directed to me...

Actually I responded because I'm pretty certain that my "standards" would allow me to use a product suggested by another forum member..
