lol andy. i was smart and read the last paragraph first. i figured it was from a sawx fan.
taking yankees advice from a red sox fan is like taking betting tips from a guy at the track with a ripped sweater and no teeth.

he makes a good arguement to keep torre and dump a few stars, but jettisoning jeter is a just red sox dream. he never explains why jeter should be the one to go.

they should dump wright, johnson, and even mussina, and trade a few stars for pitching now, and future pitching prospects.

Beltre for A-Rod would be a fair trade. A-Rod could come back to Seattle and be on the best AAA team in baseball.
