never had cardamon although i have heard of it, I don't usually like other flavours in my coffee but i might give it a go.

Bread



I used it on a braised pork dish i made for my girlfriend. It was Cardamon Braised Pork and fivespice glazed pears and a Cardamon Demi-glaze.
