Conversions Chart (since everyone keeps asking for one)

Oven Temperatures

130C - 250F
140C - 275F
150C - 300F
160C - 325F
180C - 350F
190C - 375F
200C - 400F
220C - 425F
230C - 450F
240C - 475F
250C - 500F

Weights

Metric to imperial

30gr = 1oz

Liquid Capacity

15ml = 1fl oz

Cup and spoon measures
250ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1 tbs
5ml = 1 tsp

Hope this is useful. Sure everyone will find it easy enough to multiply the Liquid Capacity and weights as required.
