You're right. My aunt was very thin, but she had no muscle and got winded just walking out to the mailbox.

Live has been a life-long struggle against the battle of the bulge. I never win, but I do take the day, health-wise. I've worked out 2-5 days a week most of my life. You'd never guess it by looking at me, but I sure as hades try. I love to eat and drink, though, and have no intentions of giving that up until someone spades me under. The flip side is I love walking (as in walking to get somewhere, not necessarily walking to chalk up exercise miles), and love the social interaction of a couple of my exercise classes, so I keep soldiering on.
