qsis, i'm sure more than half of the bill was the drinks. it's getting ridiculous to go out drinking in the city.
the stage is a good place. i go there once in a while when i have to cover letterman or when big nick's on 77th and broadway is closed.
i really wanted you to go have a pint or 5 in kennedy's on west 57th. depending on the day or night, i would be able to set you up with the bartender (of the old sod) so you'da been well taken care of. either martin of leitrim, seamus of cavan, johnny of tipperary, or conor of donegal.
oh well, remember for next time.

uncle bob, when are you gonna be heading up to my neck of the woods. i'd be honored to buy the first (and odd numbered) rounds until we reach our age.

Maybe if we just went up to Miss Lee's age we could at least walk out of the place(s) I might could handle that. Anything over 29 ...I'd be toast!!
