This makes me very sad. His voice never failed to thrill me and he lived life with gusto. I look forward to Dec. 1, which is when I pull out his CD of Christmas music that fills my house until New Year's Eve.
 
A strong and beautiful voice quieted. I'm glad that there are cd's so that voice will go on.
I listen to classical to relieve stress. I've only heard a few of his, but, what a talent!!
 
It was heartbreaking to hear the news, even though I knew he was gravely ill. It was always a delight to hear his singing.
