Great Pork Chops

Grilled honey garlic chops

5 (1-1/4 in. thick)lean center cut boneless pork chops
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. dry sherry
2 garlic cloves, minced

Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sherry and garlic for the marinade; pour over defrosted chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal.

Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade and grill over medium hot coals or uner medium hot broiler 12-15 min. turning once and bsting occasionally with reserve marinade. Cook to an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
