I am making a mince meat pie to take to a friend's home on thanksgiving day. I would like to make the filling today and keep it in the refrigerator until i make the rust and bake it on Thursday. Think it will be okay?
Mine is from Good Housekeeping. It has booze in it, so should be pretty good after melding with the other flavors. Think I'll go for it. Thanks.
