Best Frosting Ever

1 cup shortening
1 pound powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons of Dream Whip (dry)
Beat this until creamy, then add:
1 1/2 teaspoons Light corn Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup water


Beat shortening, sugar and Dream Whip until creamy, then add corn syrup and vanilla. Add water slowly and whip until fluffy.

With one cup of shortening, no wonder it tastes good...the fatty stuff always tastes better than the healthy stuff!! What is Dream Whip?

Dream whip is a non dairy dry whipped topping, it is

usually found on the aisle where the packaged Jello mixes are. If you can't find it ask if they have it. This is the best frosting. Make sure when making the frosting, use the Dream Whip DRY!!!! Hope you try it and you will like it!!!!

Debbie, the Dream Whip is dry and isn't a refrigerated product.

I have never put this frosting or a cake frosted with it in the refrigerator. Hope this helps!!!!
