These Jam Thumbprint cookies are great for Easter.

Bake them after making the indent but, without adding the jam.

When they cool put a small dab of frosting in the indentation and top with three Cadbury mini chocolate eggs or small jelly beans.

We always called them Robin's nests.

They are also great rolled in chopped pecans or walnuts for those folks that don't care for coconut.

Finally, they are also great with a spoon of lemon curd plopped into the indentation after they have cooled!
