Easy, cool, sweet, gone faster than you can count 10...These are yummy
Place cupcake liners in 12 cupcake tin. Whip 1 cup heavy cream with 1/3 cup powdered sugar. 1 tab. Curacao, and 1 tea. vanilla til firm. Beat 1 egg white til firm. Fold egg white into cream along with 1 cup of coconut and 1/3 cup of nuts
Spoon into the cupcake liner. Sprinkle with the rest of the nuts. Freeze til firm about 3 hours. I used pasturized egg whites to be safe. Worked just fine.
