We are expecting to get some 20 pounds of ground beef ( really good stuff) in January. How do I make
hamburgers all the same size and thinkness that they all cook at the same time and they all get done at the same time? Is there a gadget on the internet that I can order to make them? Do any of you have such a gadgert that works well?

Get the Patty stacker if you can find one. If not, Tupperware makes containers.

I always used the largest ice cream scoop I could find and used that then flaten them out and used parchment paper to seperate them and wraped in plastic wrap then foil and then a zip bag. by doing this you practicly eliminate freezer burn.

I use a scale..I make my burgers 1/3 lb. I just weigh them out make into a ball and smash to size I want. wrap in foil then after they have frozen, put in large freezer zip bags.
