I have never enjoyed the steak you are talking about...
Maybe this will give you some ideas...
1/2 cup Worchestershire
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
2 tablespoons of unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons of honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground ginger...
combine everything...
marinate rib-eyes over night
Grill to your liking!
Enjoy!
