for how long do you cook and how do you check the following meats are cooked.

pigeon
partridge
wood cock
grouse
rabbit
hare
venison
pheasant


Thank you obviously i know there are different cuts i.e saddle , haunce , breast or whole bird but a general rule of thumb when cooking game would be interesting to note
 
These I know - rabbit and hare treat as you would chicken - venison as you would veal or beef - pheasant and grouse as you would Cornish game hen.

The others, I don't know.
