My mom makes great Chicken and Dumplings. When she was at my house not long ago she was wondering if the KA pasta roller would roll out her dumplings? Would it or is the texture of the dough different. I only tried Dumplings once and I thought they were way less than great, but I think I might copy these recipes and try again. Thank you
