Baking pan size

I am making a corn pudding to bring to a friend's house for Thanksgiving. I want to double the recipe. The original calls for a 1 1/2 quart dish. If I double it, I'll need a 3 quart dish. Do you think I can use a 9x13? Or do I need something deeper? The original doesn't specify. Thanks

A 13"x9" is 3.3 liters which is about a 3.5 quarts. Perfect for your needs.

I made one of these that lists all the pan I own, plus a list of finish temps for meats, a Scoville pepper heat scale, and metric equivalencies for oven temps and measurements, taped to the inside of a cabinet next to the stove. Very helpful.
