I am making a corn pudding to bring to a friend's house for Thanksgiving. I want to double the recipe. The original calls for a 1 1/2 quart dish. If I double it, I'll need a 3 quart dish. Do you think I can use a 9x13? Or do I need something deeper? The original doesn't specify. Thanks
