Hello!

Hi all!

I am a pretty new cook. Actually, I don't think I can call myself a cook because I don't make food for anyone but myself.

Decided to join as a learner. I may try/find recipes to share as well.

Thanks
Jeni

You can be a cook while only make things for yourself. Assuming that you have some standards and your meals do not soley come out of pre-packaged containers. What kinds of things do you 'cook" now. lol

I try to eat only whole foods except for lunch - at lunch I am a "microwaver" and "make" Lean Cuisine.

Every week I pick a meat and add sides. This week it's seared tuna, spicy corn and garlicky spinach.

lol... I had my "Smart Ones" Swedish meatballs today. I decided that 'microwaving' my lunch was much better for me than eating leftovers.
