Hi everyone! I'm new to the site - been cooking since I was little but still consider myself an amateur (I'm 30). My mom is a big italian cook so most of my bag of tricks comes from her but I'm always looking to expand into new territory.
My wife is a terrible "eater" - she has about 5 things on her menu (and that's expanded from 2 in the 10 years we've been married). This means I'm always looking for different, yet usually bland / cheese based recipes to try out.
