Hey there. I'm new to Discuss cooking so let me intoduce myself. I love to cook and especially bake. Last night I made these brown sugar cookies from Cooks Illustrated and they are amazing!!! I also enjoy grilling. Last weekend I made pulled pork on the bbq. The taste was good but the texture needs improvement. Ummm....Oh I'm married (it will be 13 years in Oct), I have dogs instead of kids, love vintage cars and all things food. Hope to talk to lots of you soon.
