Hello chaps

Morning all,
Just joined today, looking forward to spending a bit of time having a look around the site. In particular I'm pleased to see a gluten free section and hope to be able to pick up some tips and share recipes there.

Cheers
GQ

Greetings and welcome, GQ. Isn't it strange how the gluten in the staff of life causes such mischief? Hope you find helpful discussion here.

Thank you Tinlizzie. Ah yes indeed, the evil gluten finds its way into lots of things! I go bogeyed reading labels!
