I used to work in a Chinese Restaurant so I do know a bit about Chinese and Vietnamese food.

As for other food, I am here to learn.

Looking for some great tested recipes

Any one has any good recipes to share. I am trying to gather more great recipes for my recipe website at Bite of Asia. I can not post the url here but if you google Bite Of Asia, you can find a link to my recipes.

I already have on there a very good collection collections of recipes already. However, I realize that there are more great chefs and cooks out there with great recipes of their own. If you have some, please share.
