Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site and thought I'd introduce myself. I am a Paramedic and work a 24/72 schedule. That gives me plenty of time to cook for me and my wife. I love to cook and try new and different recipes. Hope to get to know you guys better, and share recipes and secrets. I don't know that I have a favorite style of food, but oh how I love pasta.
