Hi All

Greetings everyone. I love cooking and have been lucky enough to survive in the culinary industry for over 10 years. I have a 3 year old that follows me around the kitchen anytime I'm cooking and eats anything and a 12 year old step-son that only likes hot dogs, so I'm always on the lookout for ways to make him come back for seconds or thirds of stuff he hates. Look forward to great discussions and great new friends.

Good Morning Keith!
So nice you are here!
2 suggestions for the 12-year old: the 3-bite rule: first is to try it, second is to decide if you like it, third is to make sure. Often, after 3 bites, they like it!
Secondly, only stock your fridge/shelves with foods you want the kids to eat.

That's exactly what I do. He usually ends up eating more than everyone else. I just sit there amused.
