Hi There!

I'm Brian, and I'm brand new to this site. I'm hoping to pick up some quick tips on how to be awesome at cooking for my family. My wife does most of it, but I'm finding that the more I cook the more I love it, and I would love to get better at it.

Anyway, thanks for having me here and I hope to be able to contribute to the discussion here :)

Hi Brian. Ask about what you want to know and somebody who knows will give you the answer. I was new her not long ago and I've been given so much guidance from kind people I've been astounded!

Oh , I forgot....Welcome.
