I am new at this web site.
I found it by trying to get information on baking.
I am married and will soon be 63 years old.
I enjoy cooking, and my grandchildren.
Can someone out there help me with a baking problem.
My pie dough gets soggy when I try baking Blue Berry or for that matter
pies in general.
Someone said that the eggs must be beat before adding to the dough mixture.
I have tried several things but still the dough gets soggy.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
