I can see I'll have a lot of reading to do! I've always eaten and cooked 'ethnic' foods almost more than plain ol' American food (although I love that too! I just love food.
Now in my senior years and with a chronic illness, I don't have the energy to cook as I used to. But I've found many recipes that fit my bill that don't take the yards of ingredients that I used to use.
