My NAME IS VICTOR AN ITALIAN AMERICAN CHEF (RETIRED) A FORMER NEW YORKER LIVING NOW IN VALRICO FLORIDA. CAME DOWN TO FLORIDA AND BECAME A RANCHER (HORSES & BEEF COWS),BUT MY FIRST LOVE IS THE LOVE OF FOOD (NOT FAT THOUGH) WICH I EXCELL IN COOKING. I RIDE MOTORCYCLES,DO ALL MY OWN REPAIRS AND BUILDING,WHEN TIME ALLOWS I LOVE TO FISH,GROW A LOT OF MY OWN PRODUCE AND HERBS,SPICES. THERE IS MUCH MORE BUT I DON'T WANT TO BORE YA'ALL. LOOKS LIKE A GREAT WEBSIGHT AND WOOD LIKE TO BE OF SOME BENIFIT TO THE SIGHT.
