I would like to take a moment to welcome my friend to the Discuss cooking group. He has taught me so much and is already a wonderful gourmet cook, should be a professional chef IMO. I will tell you all, if he gives you a recipe, it's a good recipe. This man LOVES to cook & mostly wants recipes and in fact, already has a thread asking for Bagel recipes. ANYWAY...
