Kicked up chili

I'm making some basic chili and forgot to render some bacon. While I was in the fridge, I grabbed an apple smoked BBQ rib from yesterday and threw it in the pot. Smells awesome so far.

I will.

I'm just saying, I subbed the rib for the bacon. Smells good...should taste good.

.........well the chili came out great. Nice smoky flavor, plus....you have that luscious rib swimming around in there.

Next time I'll add two of 'em.
