Freezing Hot Fudge Sauce?
I don't know if this is where this should go, but this category is about sauces.
Anyway, for our Youth Group's Ice Cream Social night I made a double batch of my "famous" hot fudge sauce. It was very popular, but as usual, I made way too much and have two 2 cup containers left. It has no milk in it - I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this will freeze okay. I will keep some out for those "need an ice cream sunday urges", but I don't want it to spoil.
