Here is what I ended up makeing for the sauce. It tasted very good when I made it, but today when I took it out of the frige I noticed that it thickened up quite a bit, so I tried it and WOW, it was almost identical to what I eat at the Indian restaurant. Here is what I blended together. Now I need to find some other dishes to make with it. I was thinking about shrimp, but I don't want it to overpower the dish. Thanks for all your help.
These amounts aren't exact, but fairly close.
1 bunch cilantro
1 clove garlic
appx. 1/2 to 1 lime, juice squeezed from
appx 1/4 cup almonds, maybe a touch less
