Yeah, it can be daunting trying to figure out he solids to liquid ratio. I got 50 recipes with mine plus the book, which has general guidelines, so I look at this..... look at that..... then wing it
I can't say I really like the way it cooks a whole chicken...... When I cook one I will pick at a little here and there off the bird, rather than really treating it like a nice meal. It just falls apart too much for my liking, but the soup/stew you can make from that chicken and veggie mixture is incredible! I try to make a soup from anything I cook in the PC. That stock/broth is really packed with flavor.
