I bought this book for myself for Christmas
and have been busy making meals from it for the past week...the first time I've been excited about a book for a while now.
I guess I got bored with most of them and my interest was lagging - thus finding forums to read like this one as well :) - to get the juices flowing again.
Just thought I'd share as these meals are quite healthy and it's a charitable book with the author giving proceeds to Rotary.
My favourite so far is the Balsamic Cracked Pepper Salmon which we had a few nights ago.
I bought the hardback version from Lulu which I understand is a little cheaper than elsewhere?
