| | Cooking supply store
Awhile back there was a store in many malls that sold all sorts of cookware. Just short of a restaurant supply place, but they had everything you could want. Does anyone remember this place? I can't recall the name, I'm hoping they still exist somewhere. Thanks.

The kitchen collection? They still have them but not wide spread. They have switched to online sales.

I'm in Illinois, I'm hoping it wasn't just a local place. It was in all the malls around here. Bought all my Pyrex there.

Skip the Mall! You're paying for their mall rents.
Go to your local restaurant supply store. I'm sure it's in a worse part of town, and probably doesn't have a food court, but you'll have much greater selection and much lower prices.
Go to where the Chefs and restaurant owners go.

Thanks, Lechters was what I was looking for. They went bust in 2001. The closest restaurant supply is an hour from me.
