Do you have any special tips for marination ? i would like to get tips for marination dose someone suggest me?:chef:
 
Marinades typically include a fat of some type such as oil, an acidic ingredient such as vinegar or lemon or lime juice, seasonings like ginger, garlic, rosemary, etc. Usually no salt.

You can vary the ingredients to make the type of marinade you want. You could use soy sauce and sesame oil for an Asian type marinade.
 
This is great for tough cuts that will be cooked low and slow. Marinate for 24 to 48 hours.

Marinade for beef

¾ cup chopped onion
½ cup oil
2 T prepared mustard
3 T Worchestershire
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 c ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 T sugar

Simmer onions in oil for 15 minutes. Then add remainder of ingredients, stir, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool before use.
