Freezing cooked meats?

Can I freeze meat that has already been cooked such as chicken, turkey buffalo, elk, etc. in a freezer bag? If so, how long will they last in the freezer?

As long as they are fully cooked, yes you can freeze them.

What if you cooked buffalo and

it is a little pink inside can you still freeze it?

Yes a little pink is fine.
