When I was a kid I helped my uncle make a big wooden barrel of sauerkraut. it was great.
my father was the one to get me started eating sauerkraut and wieners when I was a
little kid and I still to this day being 65 yrs old dearly love the stuff. helping my uncle make that was a great joy. my dad and uncle use to make that on ther old home place
back in Oklahome when they were young men.
