I'm planning on having my first garden as most of you know. Anyway, I was looking at a garden catalog and check out these cool carrots. I think I'm going to have to buy some.

Cool!! those would add more color to all kinds of dishes!! Imagine slaw or something like that with different colors.

sure would and did you notice they each had different flavors....spicy, sweet. The only thing I can figure is they played around with bell peppers and carrots and came up with this.
