For people that just have to have an unsalted potato chip this one is for you.

They used russet potatoes for the chips.

They had some chips that were nice and large.

The chips were mainly nice and white with some chips that had some brown spots on them.

These chips were mega mega cruchy!!!

They did not taste too bad for something with no salt though.

One big gigantic thumbs up from me.

I've been put on a low sodium diet by my doctor so I'll have to look for these. Thanks Kleenex.

Low sodium diets are nuts, that means all fast food is cut out because it has too much sodium in it.

AND trans fat AND fat AND-- that doctor has the right idea. Not "nuts" at all.

And most of the stuff in the center of grocery store!

A good idea if you ask me.

She had her reasons. I have extremely high blood pressure. I have cut out alot of salt already but she feels I need to cut a little more.

It will not be fun, trust me. No BBQ Sauce, No Salad Dressing, no rixe mixture, no frozen dinners, no frozen pizza. This is like the worst diet to be on imo.
