Relish recipe

I want to thank the person who connected me with the book "Putting Up Stuff for the Cold Time."

I have a further request. I thought the recipe I am looking for was in this book. It was not. Does anyone know a recipe that is titled "Chunk of Gold" It is a cucumber relish and there is ground carrots (chuck of gold) in the recipe. I made this once and I have been looking for it again for about 4 years. Never finding it. Thanks

Sorry the recipe you wanted wasn't in Putting Up Stuff for the Cold Time. I love Crescent Dragonwagon's books, but this is not one I have. Thanks for the heads up about it.
