I just found this group, and boy was it what I have been looking for! I love to discuss food as well as eat it.
I have a large collection of cookbooks and seem to spend more time reading them than actually cooking anything! But I am trying to do better.

I am looking forward to seeing what others are talking about as well as posing a few questions of my own from time to time.

Welcome to DC!! Just tidied up my cookbooks today and discovered that it is a rather tight squeeze on the shelf, and that the mags don't fit so I will have to do some culling. Probably the cocktail and chocolate cookbooks will be the lambs.
